Polaris Light Bar Install Tips for the Ranger
To install a Polaris LED light bar, follow these tips:1. Use a quality wiring harness. Fortunately, all Black Oak light bars come with a full IP69K harness with switch, relay, fuse and long cable.
2. Use tough tape or wire ties to secure the light bar temporarily to verify the beam pattern.
3. For a clean mounting holes, use three bits starting with one 1/3rd the diameter of the final hole.
4. Never look directly into your LED light bar when lit. They are truly retina-scorching.
